The delivery company used for an eBay purchase is entirely up to the choice of the seller. Each time "treelight2016" simply said that the delivery had been made. I contacted this eBay seller three times to report my item had not been delivered. The eBay seller "treelight2016" seems to be in partnership with Speedway.

They automatically side with the seller who claims delivery was made and then tell the unhappy buyer that it is his/her problem to sort out. EBay's so called Customer guarantee is a farce. Furthermore I believe they simply notify eBay the package was delivered without actual delivery. I live in the country about 200 miles from London which is Speedway's base according to their I do not believe that Speedway delivered my package. I asked eBay for contact details for an eBay customer relations or complaints department so that i could write a letter to them. Once again eBay said I had to contact Speedpak. I explained to eBay that Speedpak was impossible to reach. I asked eBay for a refund (£4.94) and they once again said I had to contact Speedpak.
